Payment on delivery

Delivery
Delivery of online purchased will be made at the earliest convenience and generally dispatched within 48 hours. We will notify by phone or email if any delays are expected.
Cancellation & Returns
Your order is not accepted by Macdonald Air Products Ltd until goods have been dispatched.
Until the goods are dispatched the order may be declined by Macdonald Air Products Ltd.
You may cancel your order prior to being dispatched. Please phone or email or office.
Once goods are received you may cancel your order or return goods within a period of 14 days.
Goods being returned must be damaged in any way and you must take reasonable care of these items.
Goods should be returned in the original packaging as soon as possible within 14 days.
We will not be responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items nor for any damage or loss during transit. We recommend you ship these using secure delivery / courier.
